Stop and take stock – don’t sacrifice your own health!
A programme tailored to the needs of the work community emphasises the need to take a break and the right kind of recovery in the middle of our hectic every-day lives. The programme consists of three training periods planned by a multi-occupational team.
The programme starts with health charting and fitness testing based on which a personal training schedule is created for the participant. Our experts will help you find an activity level suited to your own life situation that will help you keep healthy.
The whole includes three periods spent at Eerikkilä (2 days each). The length of the entire programme is 6 to 12 months.
